All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3–4 weeks from the date of order placement.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Pre-Order Items

For pre-order models, shipping timelines will vary and are based on the official release dates provided by the manufacturers.

The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is mentioned clearly in the respective product description.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately or together, depending on availability and logistics.

Return & Refund Policy
At LuxorCast, we take pride in offering carefully curated diecast scale models. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@luxorcast.in

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please include:

Photographs clearly showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us (cost covered by us in eligible cases).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Pre-order cancellations after processing

Damage due to mishandling after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
