Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3–4 weeks from the date of order placement.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Pre-Order Items

  • For pre-order models, shipping timelines will vary and are based on the official release dates provided by the manufacturers.

  • The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is mentioned clearly in the respective product description.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately or together, depending on availability and logistics.

Shipping Charges

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Delivery Timelines

  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to external factors such as logistics delays, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

Return & Exchange Policy

At LuxorCast, we take pride in offering high-quality diecast scale models. Each item is carefully inspected and packed before shipment. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or pre-order cancellations once the order is confirmed.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@luxorcast.in with the following details:

  1. Order Number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage or error on our part, LuxorCast will bear the return shipping costs.

  • The item must be securely packaged and returned via a trackable courier service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of a damaged product, a replacement may be offered depending on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents post-delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or outside the return window

  • Pre-order items cancelled after confirmation
