Return & Exchange Policy
At LuxorCast, we take pride in offering high-quality diecast scale models. Each item is carefully inspected and packed before shipment. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or pre-order cancellations once the order is confirmed.

Return Shipping
